Here are a few breakfast recipes that will get your day started on the right foot. The best part is that they offer some creative license, allowing you to come up with a unique creation. A breakfast casserole using leftovers is easy to prepare on a Kamado grill. Dice some baked potatoes and chop up grilled steak. Cook and cut up a few breakfast sausage links and chop broccoli, onions, and mushrooms. Scramble about six eggs and add all the ingredients to an oven-safe pot or pan. Top with Canadian bacon, spices, and hot sauce and cook for between 45 minutes and one hour at 350 degrees. About 15 minutes before the cooking time ends, top with some slices of provolone, cheddar, or mozzarella cheese.
Egg Casserole ingredients:
• 2 eggs at room temperature
• 1 tablespoon butter
• approximately 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• bacon crumbles
• shredded cheddar cheese
• medium-sized oven proof ramekin
Step 1: Melt the butter in the ramekin, using the microwave.
Step 2: Add the eggs and pour the whipping cream over them. Add bacon crumbles and shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 3: Indirect grill for 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees, based on how well-cooked you like your eggs.

• 5 or 6 eggs
• hash browns
• precooked pizza crust
• shredded mozzarella or pizza-style cheese
• pizza sauce
• small bowl
• medium bowl
• stone cooking surface for kamado grill
Step 1: Scramble the eggs in the small bowl and put them into the oven-safe container. Cook the eggs and bacon on the Kamado grill.
Step 2: Put the hash browns into another oven-safe container and brown them on the grill.
Step 3: Mix the cooked eggs, cut bacon, and hash browns in the medium bowl.
Step 3: Put the pizza crust onto the stone cooking surface, top it with the pizza sauce, and add the combined ingredients. Sprinkle the cheese on top and cook for 13 minutes at 450 degrees.
